Meet us on the back patio at Before and After on Monday Jan 19th. The sauna will be fired up for sessions from 4-7pm and we will be grilling out on the back deck. Order food ahead of time from Before and After to have fresh off the grill while you enjoy a wonderful evening of relaxation on the back deck. Cocktails and drinks will be available to order as well and delivered to you sauna- side. See you there!
