Join us for Sauna Sessions on the back deck of Before and After. They will be grilling up some delicious fresh food while we enjoy sessions and hangs around the fire on the back porch. Enjoy all there is to offer including drinks and menu items delivered directly to you while you relax and enjoy a sauna session!

Join us for a special Earth Day sauna gathering as we come together to celebrate the earth, warmth, and creativity in community. Throughout the evening we will rotate through sauna sessions while enjoying time to connect and slow down together. In the spirit of reuse and renewal, we will also have a small mending and adornment station with patches and embellishments you can add to your clothing to give old pieces new life. Bring clothing you would like to alter or upgrade. Maxine will also be offering simple clothing alterations for an additional cost including hems, trims, and other small customizations. We will be gathering at Leadville’s newest space, Up to No Dang Good, where we will help warm the space together and you can browse their beautiful selection of plants and handmade goods.

Join Maxine and Erin at Blue Earth for an evening of warmth, movement, and reflection. We will gather at the studio to explore the elements through sauna, cold plunge, yoga, and conversation. Throughout the evening we will rotate together between sauna sessions and the cold plunge while weaving in gentle yoga and time to connect. We will also open a conversation around the current astrology, reflecting on the themes of the moment and how they may be showing up in our lives. This intimate gathering will be guided by Maxine and Erin, creating a relaxed space to slow down, tune into the body, and share in community. Light snacks and tea will be provided as we spend the evening moving between heat, cold, and meaningful conversation.

Please note that this special event is not eligible to be used with punch cards and will be limited to 12 participants.

Join us at the Boxcar at Freight. We will meet and discuss the book of the month from 4-5 and have sauna sessions running from 4-7pm. All are welcome even if you haven’t read the book! The book of the month for April is Behind Her Eyes by Sarah Pinborough.

We are so excited to be part of the Venture Out Femme Backcountry Festival with our friends at VNTRbirds. This three-day gathering in Salida, Colorado is all about adventure, connection, and celebrating women in the backcountry.

From Friday, March 20th through Sunday, March 22nd you’ll be skinning with friends, jumping into scavenger hunts and relay races, learning from professional-led workshops, and ending your days around the campfire with s’mores and moonlit stories. We’ll be there bringing the heat with our wood-fired sauna so you can warm up, recover, and soak in the magic of being outside together.

Join us for Sauna Sessions at Freight the second Thursday of every month. We will meet for book club at 4pm and discuss the book of the month: Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Come for book club and/ or sauna and enjoy cocktails and ambiance at the Boxcar at Freight!

Warm up with Sunshine Saunas with sweat sessions at the Tennessee Pass Nordic Center. Enjoy a sweat and roll in some snow outside and then head into the Nordic Center for a comforting build your own Ramen Bar. Sauna sessions are booked separately and provided through Sunshine Saunas. We will chat in the Sauna about what we are celebrating from this past year and what we are looking forward to in the Year of the Horse. Order food and drinks to be delivered to the Sauna and stay awhile after your sesh to enjoy fresh, local food off the epic grill by Before and After.

Meet up at Ski Cooper for a group sunrise skin at 7:00am and then head over to Maxine’s for sauna and coworking day. We have a beautiful space to WFH set up with many areas to disappear to if you need some alone time to take a call or have a meeting. Breakfast and snacks will be included and you will have access to unlimited sauna all day.

Drop in sessions are also available from 10am-4pm for anyone who doesn’t want to join for the whole experience!
